Is there a minimum order?
No. Order one piece or a full company program. Price depends on quantity, garment and method; see embroidery pricing for the tiers.
Do you ship outside Arizona?
Yes. We are based in Scottsdale, Arizona and ship orders nationwide. Shipping details are confirmed on your quote.
What artwork do you need?
A vector file such as AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF is ideal. A high resolution PNG also works. If all you have is a photo of your logo, send it and we will tell you what is possible.
What decoration methods do you offer?
Embroidery, screen printing, DTF transfers, and sublimation, plus fully custom apparel made with our manufacturers.
Do I approve a proof?
Yes. Nothing goes into production until you approve a proof.
How long does an order take?
Decorated orders take 7 to 10 business days from proof approval. Fully custom apparel takes about 45 days door to door. You get a firm date on your quote. Rush is available on some orders; timing depends on the order.
How much does embroidery cost?
Shirts start at $10.75 per piece and hats at $13.25, with lower prices at higher quantities. See our embroidery pricing page for the full list.
Can you match my brand colors?
We match thread and ink to your colors as closely as possible and show them on the proof.
Can I reorder later?
Yes. Your files and colors are kept on record so reorders match.
