Fully Custom vs Decorated Apparel.

Updated November 2026

Adding a logo to a garment and building the garment itself are two different projects. Here is how to choose.

Decorated apparel

You choose an existing garment, called a blank, and we add your logo with embroidery, screen printing, DTF, or sublimation. It is the fastest route and the right fit for most uniforms, teams, and events.

Fully custom apparel

We build the garment with you, direct with our manufacturers: the fabric, cut, colors, and pattern, plus your own woven labels, hang tags, and packaging. The result looks and feels like your own brand.

When fully custom makes sense

Signature events, golf tournaments, client gifts, conferences, and brands launching their own line. Anywhere the piece itself should be memorable, not just the logo on it.

Timing

Fully custom production takes longer than decorating a blank because the garments are made for you: about 45 days, against 7 to 10 business days from proof approval for decorated orders. Your timeline is confirmed on the first call. Rush is available on some orders; timing depends on the order.

Next step

Explore fully custom apparel or book a call to talk through your project.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Can fully custom pieces also be embroidered?

Yes. Many fully custom polos combine a sublimated pattern with an embroidered logo.

Is there a minimum order?

No. There are no minimums on decorated or fully custom orders. Decorated pricing depends on the garment and method, and fully custom pricing is built on your quote.
