1. Confirm the date and headcount

Start with the event date and how many players, staff, and volunteers need apparel. Add a small buffer for late registrations.

2. Finalize the tournament logo

Get a vector file of the tournament mark. If the logo includes a date or year, confirm it before proofs go out.

3. Collect sponsor logos

Gather every sponsor file early and decide where sponsors appear: sleeve, back yoke, or hat side. Fewer, larger placements read better than a crowded design.

4. Pick the pieces

Most tournaments choose a player polo plus a hat. Golf bags, quarter zips, and towels make strong gifts for top sponsors or winners.

5. Gather sizes

Collect sizes with registration. Ask for polo size and fit, and note any women's cuts.

6. Approve the proof

Check spelling, dates, colors, and placement on every proof. Nothing runs until you approve it.

7. Plan delivery

We pack orders by size and name so check in moves quickly. Confirm where and when the order should arrive.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

When should we start ordering?

As soon as the date, headcount, and logo are set. Fully custom pieces take longer than decorated blanks: decorated pieces take 7 to 10 business days from proof approval and fully custom about 45 days. Your firm date is confirmed on the quote. Rush is available on some orders; timing depends on the order.

Can each player's name go on their bag or polo?

Yes. Names can be added and are shown on the proof.

Is there a minimum order?

No. There are no minimums, so a small invitational and a full field order the same way. Pricing depends on quantity, garment, and decoration method.
